White Fences Vineyard

White Fences is located in the quaint watertown of Irvington, Virginia. We have 6 acres of Vinifera and French American Hybrid vines producing award winning, handcrafted Meteor wines.

Meteor was selected as the name for our fine wines because of the meteor showers we’re treated to each season over the vineyard. The sky is black and the meteors are enthralling and magical and keep us amazed.

We believe you’ll be equally amazed when you taste our delicious wines.

Meteor Bright Red is a bronze medal winner at the 2006 Dallas International Wine Competition and the 2006 Taster’s Guild International Wine Competition. It is a blend of 40% Merlot and 60% Chambourcin.

Meteor Bright White is a silver medal winner at the 2006 Dallas International Wine Competition and, and a gold medal winner at the 2006 Taster’s Guild International Wine Competition. It is is a delicious Vidal Blanc with a touch of sweetness.

Meteor Merlot was released this Fourth of July. It has excellent structure, promises to age very well, and is already a strong seller. In addition, the oversized and beautifully decorated bottle is truly a work of art.

Two new wines are about to be bottled and will be available soon.

Our White Fences Wine Stand is open every day 11-6 and features Meteor wine tastings and sales. We also have a great selection of fun cards, gift bags, wrapping papers, napkins, bags, totes and stemless Reidel wine glasses. We can ship within Virginia. Call 804-438-5559.
